PwC advises companies on digital transformation — from strategy to execution. The advisory team combines cross-industry expertise with technological depth. In that context, PwC Austria added UNOY to its platform portfolio: not as a technology vendor that is recommended onwards, but as a tool that the firm’s own advisors use in client projects.
Consulting projects often end with a concept — not with a running solution.
When consultancies recommend that their clients automate operational processes, a second project begins on the client side: hunting for vendors, evaluating software, integrating, operating. The consultancy delivers a concept, but execution sits with the client — often without the necessary resources. Between strategic recommendation and operational result, a gap opens up.

What we learned.

Second: the boundary between consulting and execution shifts. In classic projects there’s a handover — from advisor to implementation team, from concept to IT. At PwC with UNOY this doesn’t happen.
