What is the e-invoicing service?

The e-invoicing service enables WKO member businesses to create, send, receive and manage structured electronic invoices via the Peppol network — fully web-based and without their own technical infrastructure.

The workflow begins with guided onboarding, in which businesses capture, validate and submit the master data required for XML invoices and Peppol to the Peppol Access Point.

INVOICE CREATION

Guided creation with automatic validation.

Invoices are created via a guided form that requests all legally required details, supports multiple line items with quantities, unit prices and tax rates, and performs automatic totals and tax calculations. Entries are validated for completeness and formal correctness.

Import, download and administration.

Additional features are available for importing existing e-invoices, individual and bulk downloads as well as an internal administration dashboard for WKO staff with access to usage data, technical logs and error analysis.
