Which model fits me? expand_more
Self is the right fit if you have a technical team and want to keep full control yourself. Partner is the right fit if you want UNOY to handle the configuration while you focus on the functional sign-off together with us. It is our most common model. Supervised is the right fit if you also want to outsource ongoing review, especially for processes with legal responsibility. In the workshop, we recommend the model that fits you best.
Can I stop again after the pilot? expand_more
Yes. The pilot is not binding. At the end, you see real results on your own task and then decide whether to continue. There is no risk and no long-term commitment. We are convinced the results speak for themselves, but the decision is yours.
How quickly will I see an ROI? expand_more
Usually within the pilot phase, so after 4 to 6 weeks. A typical task that previously took 45 minutes manually can run in 4 minutes with UNOY. At 20 cases per day, you start saving from day one. The investment usually pays back within the first quarter.
What happens to my data if I cancel? expand_more
Your data belongs to you. If you terminate, you receive a complete export of all data, workflows and configurations. There is no vendor lock-in. After handover, the data is deleted in a GDPR-compliant way.
Can I switch from Self to Partner or Supervised? expand_more
Any time. Many customers start with Partner and later take over individual workflows in the Self model, or the other way around. You can also use different models for different tasks. UNOY adapts to your organization, not the other way around.
What exactly does Skribe Attorneys do in the Supervised model? expand_more
Skribe Attorneys takes over legal supervision for tasks where lawyer-level responsibility is required, such as flight-rights claims, contract reviews or regulatory assessments. The lawyers review and approve what the workflow prepares. You receive a result that is legally safeguarded.
Do I need technical know-how? expand_more
No. UNOY is built for business teams, not IT departments. In the Self model, you create workflows in the no-code designer, so your domain expertise is enough. In the Partner and Supervised models, we handle the technical work entirely.
