For technicians: what happens internally

Want more details? expand_more

UNOY orchestrates multiple specialised components to turn raw data into usable results:

  • Orchestration: all steps are coordinated and executed in the correct order
  • Specialised processing: every work step is run by optimized systems
  • Validation: all results are reviewed multiple times before they reach you
  • Audit trail: every step is documented and traceable

But what matters for you: you only see the input and the result. You don’t need to understand how it works in between.

Questions you might have.

Do I have to understand how UNOY works internally? expand_more

No. That's the whole point: you give work in, you get a result out. You can ignore the internal workings. If you're curious, see the “For technicians” section above.

What happens if UNOY can’t process something? expand_more

It is documented and you are notified. Then you can decide: should we process it manually, or adapt the workflow? There is no “black box” — you can always see where it’s stuck.

How long does processing typically take? expand_more

It depends on task complexity. Simple processing takes seconds to minutes. Complex analyses can take hours. For mass processing (100+ cases) UNOY works in parallel — so 147 cases don’t take 147x as long as 1 case.

Can I adapt the process if I don’t like it? expand_more

Yes. Every workflow is configurable. You can add steps, remove them, change the order or set conditions — all without code. For more complex changes, our team supports you.

Who has access to my data during processing? expand_more

Only UNOY systems. Your data runs in isolated, encrypted environments. No manual access, no external partners. After processing, data is deleted or archived per your requirements — fully GDPR-compliant.

Can I see what UNOY has done? expand_more

Yes. Every work step is fully documented. You see what inputs there were, which steps were executed, which decisions were made. The audit trail is fully viewable and traceable.

See it on your own case.

I know enough to say yes.
